You probably have some questions
I currently get home health care services through another agency, can I transfer?
Yes, it is very straight forward. Contact us on and we will hold your hand through the process.
Can I request a caregiver who speaks a specific language?
Yes. Our team consists of caregivers who speak Spanish, Russian, Creole and English.
How do you select your caregivers?
All of our caregivers are screened before joining our team. We interview everyone in person and then conduct a thorough reference, criminal background check, and drug screen test. All caregivers are also bonded and insured. Our caregivers only begin caring after an additional orientation and training.
What happens if a caregiver is sick and cannot make it?
It’s not a problem. If one home health aide, nurse, or caregiver is sick, another is normally available.
Are your services only for seniors?
Although much of our care is with seniors, we also provide services to children, individuals with disabilities, victims of accidents or people transitioning from hospital.
How do I pay for homecare?
Give us a call and we’ll walk you through the options. We accept most Medicaid, Medicare, and LTC (long-term care) plans. We also speak fluent Medicaid and are happy to help you through the application process. There is also an option to pay through private insurance as well as direct pay.
